Today’s tiles come in a myriad of finishes, colors, sizes, and styles to fit in with any décor. Ceramic and porcelain tiles are some of the longest lasting flooring products on the market today. Properly installed, tile will last a lifetime. Over time, grout lines and the tiles themselves, may become discoloured due to dirt and stains, especially in heavily traveled areas.

What we do…

We break the soil loose through applying chemicals designed specifically for tile and grout cleaning, then scrubbing the tile and grout lines with a counter rotating brush machine. We then extract the soil and chemical using a hot clean water rinse, and remove the soil laden water with our special tile and grout cleaning tool.

After cleaning, we recommend applying our grout sealant, which helps to prevent stains in your grout. Most grouts are mortar based and are very porous, so things such as red wine and coffee can penetrate the mortar and leave a permanent stain.
