Our premium Gold carpet cleaning package represents the most advanced multi-stage cleaning process currently available at any cost. During our Bronze or Silver cleanings, we may use any or all of the steps below depending on the type of soiling or staining present in your carpet. The Gold package is for customers who want the best in cleaning and maintenance performed on their carpet investment. PRE-INSPECTION
Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.

FURNITURE MOVING
Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces cost extra to move. One of our consultants can quote the exact cost to move any heavier pieces.

SOFT WATER PRE-SPRAY
A 200 degree Carpet & Rug Institute approved preconditioning agent is applied to carpet to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

PRE-AGITATION
A professional carpet groomer or cylinder brush is used to further loosen the soil.

PRE-SPOT
When needed difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.

SOIL EXTRACTION & SOFT WATER RINSE
Carpet is thoroughly rinsed using soft water and our Carpet & Rug Institutes “Gold Seal Certified” truck mount extraction cleaning system.

NEUTRALIZER
We leave your carpet soft and fresh by using a pH balanced Carpet & Rug Institute approved rinsing agent to every carpet to eliminate all cleaning residue.

POST SPOT
Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.

SPEED DRY
Our specially designed high velocity carpet dryers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying.

APPLY EPA REGISTERED GREEN CARPET PROTECTOR
Green Guard carpet protector will be applied to all cleaned areas.

Carpet protector will be groomed into for faster dry time and better protector penetration.
